Great for parents wanting to meet the consultant and get a demonstration on the
settling techniques chosen in your sleep assessment. This time is booked for the
nighttime wind down right through to midnight. You can utilize this time to catch up
on some sleep and let your consultant resettle bub or your consultant can be the
support through the night to help settle bub.
This package includes:
- A tailor made sleep assessment based on your parenting style and
questionnaire.
- Review of the sleep environment
- In-home consultation and demonstration
- Discussion of sleep assessment and all settling techniques from non-based
cry method to cry based.
- Follow up support for 21 days
